Whenever we go out, it’s either we’re prepared – or it’s a last minute thing. Realistically, though, a lot of us tend to run last-minute, especially on errands. When we’re light on our feet and don’t have much, it’s more than the perfect scenario to go out malling, meeting with friends and enjoying our time together!
For a fuss-free time, we’ve got a bunch of tips for packing bags for quick errands and day trips to the mall!
Your Keys
Never forgetti: your keys literally get you inside your home. Without them, you’re dead meat. Ensure that you have a spare key; this can save you much time and much less grief. You’ve also got an instant weapon with these keys, so it’s imperative you keep the keys in your person. We recommend putting the keys on the innermost part of your bag. That way, it will not get lost!
Watch
Next up, you’ve got your watch. If you want a more polished and elevated look, you can certainly go for a seiko watch. But if you’re more health-conscious, then you can wear your own smartwatch.
If you’re into the older type of watches, then you might have to be picky with the design. Choose one that’s versatile and handy. That way, it won’t be as hard to pick a watch design. And it’ll be a design that’s easy to pair with any outfit under the sun!
A smartwatch can help you track your fitness goals and allow you to access your message notifications easily, especially when you’re working. You can count your steps, monitor your stress levels, work out, go swimming, running, and do other workout activities with the smartwatch. I’m currently using the Samsung Fit 3, and life has never been the same. With its accurate step tracker, keeping track and working out (walking) has been more manageable.
If you’re having trouble sleeping, it can also help monitor your sleep and give you sleep coaching advice.
Earbuds/Earphones
Seriously, who can never get enough music? It can be calming and keep us on our toes, especially during long rides to and from work. It also helps if they’re noise-cancelling – think when you’re in a very crowded area and you need to talk to your family.
Since then, phones have evolved. Thus, some earphones are no longer in demand for phone use; people have shifted towards using earbuds. There are many now available on the market.
Wallet
Of course, no one beats the wallet! If you’re going shopping that day, then you will certainly need it. Not just the cash – but also for the cards you’ve got. They help you accumulate points and you can even get discounts.
Tissue
For your hygienic needs, you need at least the tissue. You can wipe away your oiliness, sweat, and any other stuff that needs wiping with it. We think this is a good option to bring, since when you’re not, you can’t predict the things that might happen.
Tips for Packing for Quick and Short Trips:
- Never forget your essentials. This means the water, the keys, and your wallet, and a tissue.
- Make sure you have these in whenever you’re going in and out.
- Choose your bag and make sure it’s light.
